I recently checked my domain authority and found out that it was 0 (No wonder why google isn't ranking me). I searched a bit on google, most of the sites told to disavow bad links.

When I looked for backlinks to my site, I found out that i was getting 97 links from a well reputed site (I dont know how).

Should I disavow the domain or not.

If there's a lot of sites linking like pricehotelbooking then you could consider it.
Just one site would have very little effect and could be improving your rank.

Correcting the on-page seo and increasing the off-page can and will rank a site fast, even if it is getting blasted with thousands of spam links.

Domain Authority isn't an official measurement of anything. It's Moz's tool built on vague correlations of vague factors. It's useful as a potential guide, but it is by no means sufficient by itself to tell you anything -- particularly since a DA of "0" usually just means that Moz's index hasn't picked up or scored your links.

Take a look at those links as a human being. Do they seem legit? Would a Google reviewer agree? If so, disavowing is rarely the right response to those links.

Check other factors. On-page. Crawling / sitemap. Technological issues. Link building.
