Disavow Blogspot, Tumlbr, Wordpress and etc

A couple of my sites have nothing but shit links from these domains from old link building tactics.

These domains used to have the intention of being churned and burned but eventually grew into being more legit.

Currently, I still get a shit load of negative link building from my competitors. Normally I disavow this bullshit on a URLor subdomain level, but now I'm thinking about completely disavowing the entirety of these domains since I don't have a single link from them that aren't meant to be manipulative (for better or worse).

Thoughts?

Honestly, I don't think you'll miss out on anything by disavowing most any free website/free host domain service.

But especially if you're being actively targeted through them.
