Disavow bad backlink - no follow

i have just had a bad backlink report carried out on my website and it includes some no follow backlinks.
I understand that no-follow links don’t pass any linkjuice. If it doesn’t pass any juice and it’s a no follow and it’s a bad backlinks, should I still disavow?

You have many backlinks and it all ******** it is not really good either for your website, it just showing that you building your own backlinks manually.

Good website also have many nofollow links maybe because 1 or many articles in your website is really good and other website owner link your articles as refferences, their include the source (your website) but not as ******** links because they dont want to have many OBL on their site.
