Do you feel those are creating any negative effects on your site? You can try to disavow that link, Otherwise just ignore them,

From what I've gathered negative-seo isn't realy, google knows that people will start weaponizing shit links to kill competition, I believe google only evaluates quality/real links and if they see you start "stacking" lots of them, then they get suspicious, but if you get millions of backlinks from some spammy source, google just completely ignores those from their equation.
You can disavow them if you're still concerned, but my sites get random backlinks from random spammy sources, especially "directories" and SEO-Agencies trying to sell something through mass-linking to every site they can find.

If they’re not affecting your rankings, leaving them alone is usually fine. Google ignores most spam links unless there’s a manual action.

If your site is still ranking well and traffic hasn’t dropped, there’s usually no need to disavow spammy links because Google tends to ignore them. Disavowing is mostly useful if you notice a significant decline in rankings or if your backlink profile is flooded with unnatural links that might trigger a penalty. I’d keep an eye on traffic and rankings first before taking any action.
