Hi,

currently I bought a service thorugh an agency that supplied an ad account for me, i spent $80 on the account, i've only ever used meta ads, and wanted to try google. But my ads keep getting disaproved, any suggestions? they keep getting disaproved for the same thing, pharmacueticals, prescription drugs etc.

not sure what to do, I put in $500 in the ads, but can't even use my credit since it keeps getting denied.

You need cloaking for that. Are you using a cloaker? If so which one?

I'm currently paying an agency to supply me the service.
Cloaking is still going to be required, you can ask the agency if they can provide it otherwise you'll have to make the cloaker yourself, Google will not approve your ad without it being properly cloaked.

I thought all these agencies cloaked it for you, so what exactly am I paying them for

That depends, I mean you should know what you are paying for.

Some people on this forum offer full cloaking + management and then some just provide accounts and you have to handle everything yourself which is REALLY different.

Any recommendations on who to try?
I cannot suggest anyone as it would be against the rules to recommend someone on the forum in that section and I would be getting a warning

That checks. Google Ads is extremely strict with pharma, anything Px related, and or products with health claims (pretty much like Meta is). If your offer looks remotely liek it involves any of those, mentions treatments or regulated supplements, it's gonna get flagged almost immediately on the get go and usually regardless of the acc.
So yeah, the content itself has to pass.

Google scans the text on your website, not just the ad, so you are likely getting flagged because your landing page contains restricted medical words. You need to create a clean bridge page that looks like a generic health article without any specific drug claims to get past the review system, because you cannot send traffic directly to a pharma offer without a license.

google uses bots to scan for drug names even in your landing page source code. if you dont have a legit pharma license and google certification, you need to remove all brand names and use a cloaker to show google a safe page.

google wont let u mention drug names or pharmacy terms without legitscript cert. you need to use a "cloaker" or make your landing page very generic like "men's health" with no pills mentioned to pass the bot review

Then perhaps they are not doing their job properly and as it should be done

Có lẽ họ không làm đúng nhiệm vụ của mình, không làm đúng theo cách cần thiết.

You can try setting up cloaking yourself; there are plenty of tutorials available on BHW. However, no matter who is managing the cloaking, there will always be an inherent risk involved.

google doesn't like pharma, try using a bridge page and remove words like "pharmacy" or "prescribing" from your landing page.
