Hello i recently make paypal account and make it verified with my bank account, then i transferred my money to paypal, then when i tried to send money to my client it says that your account is limited because there were some unusual activity with credit card, even though i didnt touch credit card options, whatever
after that i attached my credit card with paypal, limit didnt lifted, then i send 4 to 6 emails to support but they didnt response it is about 1 week, what is this
my money is stuck in there and they dont care, my business is getting loss, i have to give my clients payment to work but my money is stuck
is paypal is scam or what ???
once i get my money back i will never ever use paypal again......

that's is paypal...
already call paypal support ?
check your paypal request.. like they need scan ID or something else ?

Welcome to PayPal! They are infamous for being ridiculously inconvenient. Just submit all THR required information, and hopefully everything will be restored.

They are fucking stupid, they do this to everyone, only paypal business account is safe and perfect.

not even paypal business account is safe they will limit any account when they feel like it

i didnt know about limited option before otherwise i would not use paypal, well, i will use moneybookers in future

I think moneybookers is only a little better, alot of reviews say lately they will do the same as paypal, they are based out of the UK also

it's simple, if you pose a risk to them your account will get limited.

Mailing and calling them won't do any good. There are thousands other users doing the same.
Try to push little bit harder... mention suing them for example.

try to go with 2CO bro. they legit. never had any issues, great support, they do support PayPal

If you are running your business through paypal they will need a copy of your business registration and tax id. It's to make sure you aren't laundering money.

Cheers!

PayPal alternatives? These are *not* affiliate recommendations, nor am I associated with either company.

Payoneer - http://www.payoneer.com/ - Decent service that is much more flexible than PayPal.

Stripe - https://stripe.com/ - Great service for accepting payments direct to your bank account. Simply enough for n00bs like me, strong enough for giant websites like Reddit.

Good luck!

Do you have personal experience with either of those?

*EDIT*

Payoneer fees seem higher than Paypal. One day, I will dedicate a lot of time to finding alternatives to Paypal. Their service is getting worse for me as time passes. I don't even get email notifications anymore for some reason.

Full disclosure, I use Payoneer and PayPal -- to be honest with you I keep Payoneer around solely as an alternative to PayPal, because they haven't pissed me off... yet. If they do, I'll jettison them and work with other merchant providers. The main reason I'm still with PP is because I'm too lazy to switch all my sites and other things away from PP.

Have you called them by phone? That's the quickest way to get things sorted. They're also more strict to people from some countries.
D.

Somewhere here in BHW is an ultimate paypal guide. I've read it before. The unusual activity in your account was getting the money and then transferring the money right away. It is recommended to accept money and let it there for a couple of days. That's if you want to play in paypal's court.

The truth is that I hate paypal ever since they limited my account that has like $30 for the same reasons. I wasn't doing anything wrong. But I was forced to play by their rules. The only reason I'm still with them is that it's more convenient. Most online providers use paypal.

Hopefully you get your money brother. Paypal has a bad habit of limiting people's accounts. A habit they desperately need to fix. It's not good messing with people's money.
