Disappering in Google? - keywords problem

Hi, i have e-commerce store.
I have looked into Google Search Console, and checked through keywords that are people looking and entering.
Some of them were like "average position" ex. 5, then i checked manually and for this moment I was like top 1 - but i checked another keyword and I just disappered from this keyword, or were put far away from average position.
What's going on? How to fix this? I just keep going up or down, every day on bunch of different products.

That’s Google's algorithm for you. Don’t panic. Try diversifying your content and optimizing for LSI keywords. Backlinks are also key to staying stable
 
don't get panicked. google changes algorithms often. And from your post, I can relate and understand that you don't manage backlinks for your site. If so then try to do some quality backlinks. Then I hope this problem will be automatically fixed.

Thanks for your answers guys! Yeah, i didn't do any backlinking yet. There's a lot of work with everything, will be doing this on days.
