You can try your luck by submitting an appeal to IG. You can be asked to provide a photo of yourself to verify your identity and ownership. You will also need to explain why you think your account was disabled. They will review your appeal and there could be some chances that you can get your account back. Best of luck!

but if you think it was done for no valid reason you can try contacting support and request them to get it back.
