Disabled instagram help

I had multiple infractions on my personal IG for cannabis related items. Eventually my account which was set up in 2011 was permanently banned. I was able to appeal by verifying my phone number and writing a note as to why i feel the unban was unfair. I basically wrote that cannabis is legal in the country i reside and i was unaware of the rules on IG, then i said i'd like my account back because its old and i'll be a good boy from now on. It actually got unbanned which surprised me, since i have had accounts at work get banned for way less and remain banned, guess its the luck of the agent on the other end.

Dang u got lucky! This is my third account to get taken down and I really didn’t do anything. I’ve been putting in appeals but haven’t been hearing anyhting. No emails nada

There are services for this, probably costs $$$ or $$$$. See if this amount is worth it for you. Or else another try is to keep appealing and wait until they do it.
 
If you are required to submit a selfie verification ( username, full name, code ), there is a method you can bypass and recover your account
 
A common method of Instagram account reinstatement is to file an appeal with Instagram's moderation department.
Next, fill in the required fields and click submit for Instagram to review your case.
One piece of advice is to avoid apologizing because this implies you made a mistake. You may be asked to submit a selfie for verification at some point in the process.
You can repeat the appeals process as many times as you want until your request receives approval, the thing to do is to be persistent.
