Disabled Instagram Account

My 6 year old 1.2m account got disabled almost two weeks ago for copyright. The copyright strike that got me disabled has been retracted.

I've also been device banned from Instagram.

What I've tried to get it back:
  • Submitting an appeal every day through the basic appeal form
  • Submitting appeals through the forms that allow you to give an explanation as to why you're appealing
  • Contacting Facebook through ad support Live Chat
  • Contacting Facebook through ad support email
It's been rejection after rejection. It seems to circulate through three different copy-paste replies. Facebook live chat literally told me "that's so strange, wish we could do more", so not even gonna bother with that.

I know these things take time so I'm not giving up anytime soon. But I'm wondering if there's anything else I'm missing that I can do to help get my account back? As of now I'm just sending in new appeals every time they get rejected. Please give me some advice here!

If you contact through form, they really dont work. And if they say they cannot reinstate, and they rejected, it would be waste of time to retrieve through that method.
 
If you look on the IG page, almost every comment is about their IG Page getting deleted about a week ago. Not sure if IG is deleting the comments but I checked just now and most of the top comments about the pages being deleted are gone. If it was a fan page, you likely won't get it back. :/

Was never directly told that my account can't be reinstated. I've seen some people on forums receive a message directly stating "we cannot reactivate your account". The messages I get are "it looks like your account has been disabled".

Yea I've seen all the comments on the IG page! My account actually wasn't a fan page. I believe those people were disabled for impersonation, while I was disabled for copyright.

Did instagram ever replied you, stating that they cannot reactivate account. As you said rejection after rejection, i understood instagram might rejected you.

I just checked the page again and almost all of the comments are gone. Kind of suspicious. :/

Yea they've been deleting comments. Typical IG.

Never directly. They've only told me I'm disabled.
 
If i repost other user post, can this lead me to ban?

Not usually, but this is actually exactly how I got banned. I reposted someone's photo and I wasn't aware it was theirs. Instead of DMing me and asking me to credit them like a normal person would, they copyright striked the post which got my account disabled.
