Hey, is there anyway to get an instagram account back? i have no clue why mine was disabled, i ws at 82k.

There no way in hell you can get your account back once its disable it is gone for good! trust me I loss good accounts! I was going over the limits! You can try to send them email but you won't get a reply from IG
