I was setting up my first fb ad account. Want to run legit offer and I got this after entering payment info.

"Your ad account has recently been flagged because of unusual activity. For security reasons, any ads you're running will be paused until you can confirm your account information. Contact Facebook."

Contacted facebook, scanned my id and emailed them back and got this:

---

Hi xxx,

Our records indicate that your payments account was disabled due to suspected fraudulent activity. In the interest of protecting our users, we will not be able to reenable your payments account. This decision is final.

Thanks for your understanding,

I am still able to login in to the above account and post still...
I tryed to make another facebook account with the same credit card and it said I couldn't enter because that payment method was "under investigation."

Everything is legit and real so I don't understand. Only thing I could think of is when entering credit card info I entered it wrong a few times by accident that could of triggered the ban??

Advice please...

Well they usually activate ad account when you contact them and show them scanned documents, is your billing country and current location different ?

no its not...
does my name of my profile have to be the same billing info?
I have my nickname and my middle name as my main profile.
I also just created the profile like an hour before I set up fan page then proceeding to apply for ads... I don't know if that would have any effect?

Creating new account won't help . I am talking about your old account, which is disabled.

Was that your real account ? With all real info as same as Billing Info you provided at the time of Payment Info .

The name did not match billing info because I don't go by my real name.
I used my nickname and I used middle instead of last name...

And now you are wondering why ? Bro ? All info should be real. That is why they are saying "fraudulent activity" . They are not sure you are real CardHolder or not. Facebook is very much restrictive about ads account.

omg what a nightmare... all my campaigns are ready to go and i nowhere to get traffic.

thanks man. I was unaware that you couldn't use nicknames and what not. Little naive of me I guess. Anyways, i hope its not toast for good.... is it?

It has nothing to do with the FB profile name. I have several FB accounts running ads for years, and I use my real CC/PP account to fund them, however, each account I'm using doesnt have a real name, but some random name / nickname that has nothing to do with my CC /PP name. It's probably the CC type you're using and your geo location

Meaning... the CC has to match the geo location?
any recos on CC's? I'm in Canada and all the accounts are US based

Before a month FB people activate an account with any reason but now a days they just send us an email. Sorry our decision is final due to fraudulent activity we are unable to activate your account.. :(

it has nothing to do with profile names I made thousands of FB acc with different cardholder name and run ads. The important things are cookies, ip adresse and activity there are tens of different FB security bot whatching you all the time and all your clicks you have to know them to make your ads. because making ad is not easy nowadays.
