In reality, most verification cases are very difficult to pass, with a fairly high rejection rate. Therefore, the common solution is to abandon that account and switch to a new one. I've experienced this myself.
Facebook is currently scanning this type of activity a lot, and I haven’t found a way to handle it yet. However, I recommend that you switch to a new account.
In many cases, the verification and appeal process for an advertising account can take quite a long time, and the success rate is not always high. Because of that, it’s a good idea to prepare an alternative account or backup plan so your work isn’t interrupted.
