Anyway I would not recommend you to use these kind of tools. I never used them myself but I guess that they are probably submitting your site to some low quality and non-relevant to your niche directories. You should stick to quality relevant directories and manually submit your site to them.
 
GSA Website Submitter works well, but make sure to not use it on your money site. Use it on your tier TLD domains.
 
Do them yourself for local SEO, or hire someone to do them. Software will screw you over and create a mess.
