Directory sites

Hello guys,

I`m novice in seo, so I`m sorry if it`s a simple question.

I find this list on forum -- > https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/article-directory-list-3200.548248/ with o large list of directory. It is good for a new website?

I want to say that I want to use those directory rarely, just one or two links pe month by my site mong the others links. Thank you in advance for your help. Others suggestions?
