directory owner does not approve submission

Hello,
I am doing directory submission from last three months but some directory owner does not approve my submissions what are possible reasons.

'Clicked the wrong' button is one of the most common reasons out there.

You're doing directory submission for 3 months? Screw that mate, it doesn't worth your time. Better buy a tool and accomplish that task in 1 day.

In some cases the problem is not you. Most of these directory sites are made by the same guys as us and they may have their own agenda on what they accept. The best way to know is to send an email to them of course.

We can't mind read.

How many aren't approving? If it's not many i wouldn't worry about it.
