DirectCPV down?

    All of my traffic has stopped since 6:15AM EST, and I cannot login to the management area (all though the main website works just fine..) and I haven't gotten any word in a few hours from my support ticket. Anyone else having an issue with them? This is totally going to mess up the end of my week hah.

    yes they are doing a system update. dont u guys have account managers to ask? thats what i did

    Yup guys, they're down...give them a few hours and they'll be up and running. Was about to do a deposit myself to test a new idea that I had...oh the suspense!

    what would be nice is an email stating when these update are going to happen in advance. and maybe a little blurb on the login screen saying so in case you forgot.

    that's what I meant by 'support ticket' - I emailed them. mine AM just never answered. guess my money isn't as green as yours..

    wtf is up with not sending out an email warning us?


    EDIT: LOL and as I wrote this I got an email from them.
    sooo two hours from this post and it should be up and going again. Hopefully that 'update to improve user functionality' means they are getting rid of the entire backend and putting up a real system to manage stuff. If I have to scroll through my billion line list of campaigns again (with that nice 'edit campaign' putting each one nicely off center and making it impossible to read line by line) one more time...

    you got that email bc i told my manager that i think it was bullshit that they didnt send out an email. LOL, at least they listened. maybe going forward they'll be more in tune to the fact that they are a customer driven company, no customers.....no profit
