Hey there. Unfortunately, Facebook doesn't have any secret tricks to bypass message requests. It's all about being friends first. But hey, if you have a mutual friend, you can try getting them to introduce you. Otherwise, sending a polite message request is the best way to go.

- First friend request him/her and than message him.
- Second send anyone who is friend of them and than after accepting you can message.
but may be it depend upon other user privacy setting.
