direct linking

how are you getting away with direct linking when not allowed. is it by limiting your daily sales or leads

You don't ever direct link. This means like, say you bought advertising on a blog. It should go:

Blog --> Your Webpage --> Affiliate Link

I set up redirects for my aff products and am using them in my article signatures (except for Ezine of course where I had to use my own site). I have only just started to do this so would love to find out if this is not a good way to go.
