Direct Linking to CB Product and SEO

I'm planning on direct linking to a Clickbank Product by using a redirect through my hosting - (not an iFrame - the publisher prohibits iFraming). Will SEO work for this (Linkwheels, Forum Posting, Etc.), and can I still rank for keywords by backlinking with proper anchor text?

Also, if I want to create a landing page using the same domain in the future, will I keep my rankings?
