So, Clickbank already sent me two checks,(though not one of them arrived until now in 3 weeks..) which enables payment through direct deposit and I already reveived this week payment this way. Now even if the checks arrive it will take at least 3 weeks until my bank clears it. So, If I report one of the check as lost to clickbank,can I ask for direct deposit instead?

CB has done away with the 2 checks requirement for new accounts. As of now, you can directly enroll for Direct Deposit (if your country is listed) without the need to get 2 paper checks first. This change happened a few weeks ago.
I know this works because I opened a new CB account recently and saw that the direct deposit option was available right away. Check if that's the same with you account.
