Just wondering if there's a plugin for Wordpress/ Woocommerce, where you can directly pay with Bitcoin on the product pages (like this PayPal express button, without going to cart, checkout etc...)

if its for fixed prices then you can use bitpay, it has buttons for checkout. custom/dynamic priced items/invoices requires php knowledge though

Checkout this plugin called gourl

Been using it for close to six months. Txns get deposited to my electrum wallet.

Also works with Bitcoin Cash

Edit: you have to signup on the gourl wwbsite and create a payment box with your address etc for it to work.

The standalone btc plugins i tried apart from this were not very reliable.
