    Dear peeps from BHW,

I've noticed that a competitor of ours uses a dingbats-symbol like ✅ in their meta-description. In my opinion this really draws a lot of attention to their serp.

My question, does all users see this symbol? If so, is it save to use in the title/meta's?

    Thanks!

Google said they will display these symbols where it see's relevant so if it is relevant to your topic it will appear. These symbols will also only display if the browser the user is using is compatible with them.

I've noticed this this morning too... Are they other dingbats-symbols we can now use?
Any idea how that would be relevant to an SEO Service Business? And any idea on what browsers they are compatible too?

Most browsers are capable of displaying them. I think the only one which can't is ie. I don't think it has any SEO benefit other than it may entice a user to click on your listing
