Well, I was sitting here thinking, and DP has an Alexa rank of about 178. which is pretty impressive given its a shitfest of a forum.

Anyway, there has to be some knowledgable webmaster/marketers on DP. How come not one person noticed cookies being forced on their computer for like a year?

Me, personally, I constantly run, and look through Fiddler to see how a site did this, or that, and if someone like me was a member of the DP forum it seems someone like me would have caught on eventually.

I hear ya and agree, but we all know DP typically breeds ignorance in abundance. To be honest, I don't think there are a whole lot of minds there that think like you or I would about checking up on how sites accomplish certain things. Not speaking of myself so much because I'm dipshit a lot of the times, but I think your thinking patterns are probably too advanced for much of the DP crowd.
