Digital Ocean VPS bulk proxy creation ?

Hi guy, I wanted to create some proxies using some of the VPS offers from Digital Ocean ,and I was wondering if anyone knows how many proxies I could create like that and which type ?

And which way would be better ,more smaller ones('machine' options for VPS),like those that are each 5-10$/month , or fewer but from the VPS options with better 'components' ?

Just get the smallest instance possible. I use squid proxy. By default your account is limited to 25 droplets but you can increase the limit somewhere in account settings.
