Digital ocean is not accepting my card

When i am creating Digital ocean accounts getting an error "We cannot verify your payment method. Please select another payment method and try again."

I have tried different cards and different payment methods but getting the same result..
 
Advertise on BHW
DO hates some regions now, try using a legit US-based proxy or RDP
 
that happens if u have paypal try with that if u dont try with another browser and ip..
