Thanks guys! this is the 2nd time someone on my IP range has had the DO IP banned from microsoft, no emails coming to my hotmail account (which is my primary) i have requested them to whitelist the IP which did work last time, but lately they have not responded back, DO say to use a service like sendgrid, to bypass the issue but i feel it's a PITA to go that route especially to go and change the code in multiple sites when mail() is enough to do the job.
