Title, would a venture like this even work. It sounds tacky and playful there can also be bets maybe some sort of telegram channel.

Seems like a very original idea.

However, integrity is going to be an issue, i've just googled and it seems that cockfighting is streamed online in places like the Philippines. I don't know how you would convince people your gambling ring of a digital version is "fair" compared to a real life cockfight. That is going to be the main issue imo.
