Digistore24 payout problem

Hello, i have a problem with digistore payout, my settings are correct and everything is fine, but Yesterday was March 21st and the money was not transferred to my payoneer account, now it shows me that it should be transferred to March 28th, but "In Progress" it says $0.00.
Can someone who had this problem help me, please.
I contact digistore support, but no one returns on the email

Guess it's best to wait and see, plus contact support always best than asking on forums
 
I have the same problem with two of my digistore24 accounts and have not received any payment since yesterday
 
i contacted support, they have already contacted their financial department, but they answer me after 6-7 mails haha...


someone have this problem too?
 
Same issue here. My AM said it was some issue affecting many accounts. I keep following up and keep being told they are working on it. My payment due 3/21 is now showing up in my 4/7 payment bucket. Very frustrating. I’ll post again when I hear back. I check in 2x per day and normally get a reply quickly. Just not a good update yet.

Do they fix that?
They sent me an email yesterday that they sent it to the financial department and that as soon as they fix it out they will send me an email

Same thing really on my end. Nothing has changed other than they will let me know when it is fixed. I can be patient for a day or two, but much longer I will need to start looking at other networks.

they sent me an email today that it is fixed so we will see, they told me there was an update

nothing, they sent me an email yesterday there was an update and on March 28 they will payout us, we will see now
 
When you contact support, you will have a clear understanding of what is delaying your payment
 
Hey, how did it go with the payment? I also have a few gigs at Digistore24 and would like to know my funds won't be held back. Thanks
 
I am facing similar issues. Not been paid for the last 4 months. Have you received the payouts?

Did you accept the reseller contracts? You can find it in Account - Details - after the Thank you page settings.
