yeah he is selling rental links only, I think. But thats to be expected - if you want to buy links in low OBL PBNs, no one is going to sell you permanent.
If I was sold over priced shite, I wouldn't give two fucks about outing his below par network.

Bullcrap. If someone is promising you low OBL and permanent links he is lying. A half decent PBN cost between $150 and $200 first year. If you are selling permanent links you need to sell at least 10 links $40 each to have some kind of ROI worth the efforts. Then what? Why paying for hosting&domain as you wont be making money from this PBN? So you either sell more links or leave the domain to expire. What do you think everyone is doing?

I'm not saying that the OBL is low per domain, just per page. Someone can have 100 pages on their domain and have a low OBL on each page, and still make a shit load of money.

Then your link is rolling out of the homepage in few weeks or a month and you have permanent link from internal page. Compare this to link from homepage with 7-8 OBLs total for the website. Which one is going to give you more power? Also which PBN have higher chance to be penalized or toxic - the one with 7 OBLs total or the one with 500? Of course everyone decide which variant he prefer, but if you want homepage links that stays at the homepage - rentals are the only option.

Rental is the best option for the seller because he will make x3 more. but as a buyer I'll never buy rental (month) links its a stupid investement for me, I understand the advantages but the profit is just not there. the majority sells links for an average of $7/month lets say you have 1 money site and you need 50 links from PBN that's $4200/year. and after that year you lose all the links because they are just rented you don't own them.
I prefer to buy a good 50 links for $20/link==>$1000/year. after 1 year I'll buy NEW ones with fresh link juice. In the end as a buyer I'll own links for 4 years instead of 1 year.
