So I added many friends so now how do I mass shout to all my friends? sending 1 shout at a time is too time consuming.

Click on Share then Shout To All at the bottom right, just below the large friend list.

You may need to look harder, it's on every post in the same place as it is in the attached screen shot, right between Comments and Bury.
