I picked up a "Digg Bribe" script from Tradebit for $.50 last night, and it it's absolutely incredible.

There are mixed opinions as to whether or not this s black hat. Most people consider it grey hat.

So far it's yielded me lots of Digg traffic.

The way it works is you offer something for free (a bribe) in exchange for Digging up to ten of your submissions (works best with one or two).

I'm offering 6 free internet marketing ebooks that I had set up as an opt-in anyway.

All you have to do is make som simple adhustments to the config.php file, upload it to your server, embed some code where you want the submit button, and it's good to go. Took me about 20 minutes to get going from start to finish.

All the visitor has to do is enter their Digg user name and click submit, and the script takes care of the rest.

I have a premium account at USFreeAds, and so I put in a few classifieds and embedded the form right in the ad.

I got almost 50 Diggs on my article in 4 hours!

I'm already starting to see some traffic from Digg too. This is a very simple and effective tool to get loads of free traffic.

This sounds pretty nifty... can you share the script so we could take a look at it? Or at least link us to the Tradebit Product?

Yeah sure. I uuploaded it to my Box account but I see that someone already grabbed it and posted a link. I figured it was only $.50 so... It is so worth it! And it's so easy to set up and use.

hey thanks for the info guys. This looks pretty good to me. Thanks powerteam for the upload.

I see there is one for Stumble Upon as well on TB. If I pick it up I'll post it. You know, a bell just went off in my head. I'm thiking this would make a great Fiverr Gig. You have someone give you an article from Digg and you gget them like 50 or 100 Diggs for $5.

Another thing I was thinking is you could modify this script to use just to get people to visit your articles. For example, let's say you wanted to increase views to get your article on the front page or in the top 10, you could set the script up with a link to the article instead of the Digg submission, and then you could just make it redirect from the article to the download page so they could get their free gift. Could anyone do it? It would be simpler than it is now I think.

It absolutely is. The premise is so simple. I think sometimes we get so caught up in technology and new products that we often forget that simpler is sometimes better. Anyone want to take on the job of coding it just to work as an article view increaser? I wish I knew how to do that stuff, but I don't.

You could actually use this to get people to any site or page you wanted. All it would take it is a simple redirect from the page you want them to view to the gift page.

can someone edit this script to support it for multiple download links?
