Difficulty Accessing Captcha Tools

Anyone else having issues accessing 2captcha or deathbycaptcha? Seems like both are throwing SSL errors, can't seem to get past it.

Edit: Seems like the home pages are working, occasionally. Logging in throws the errors again.
