Program must be able to convert image into text, taken from a specific web site (PM me what site it is), and then it must convert them into text strings... 70% to 90%+ success rate preferred. The converted string must be submitted as text.Source code to project is required... we don't care if you use dll's, as long as they won't expire on us.
