A 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255
B 172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
C 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255

Sagarmankar, are you sure? I think you just looked up the ip networking classes
When people talk about PBN hosting IPs with different classes they are talking about this format
000.000.000.000
AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD
so you want different C block IPs as a host may use the same ABC block just a differnt D block IP for all the websites hosted by them.
So for example if you host your PBN under the same host you usually get the same ip for each website except the last 3 digits D Block so that is how google can figure out its a PBN if they all link to the same site.

Yes, this is the correct answer...duplicate C class would be sites that have the same numbers here:
123.456.789.012
233.283.789.551
You're looking for the 3rd group of numbers...you don't want those to be the same if you're building a PBN. Hope that helps!

Class B- 192.168.x.x
Class C- 192.168.1.x
Where x = the only changable octet
With class A you would get 2 to the 24th power possible IPs
with b- 2 to the 16th
with c- 2 to the 8th
since each x = 8 bits and each bit has 2 possibilities
