i have business profile which i push all the time to find more follower from hashtags-post etc etc.I dont like boosting-sponsored post because i want to have people specific from my kind of business.
So i really do know how TOP POSTS work on instagram.its an algorithm measuring likes-days-comments-saves etc so...the point of top post on hashtag is to see EXACTLY the same post with anyone.right?
So even if you never ever like "cars" and you go int a hashtag "cars" you will see the SAME TOP POST like some users visit twice a day this hashtag or even a company like Mercedes visti hash.is that right?
The last 2-3 months something changed i dont know what...
I see different top post from my personal instagram acc(without be linked with my company) i see another 9 different top post from my business profile and i also see another 9 post from a friends-stranger instagram.From my personal acc that i only like my company'spost and some of my friends(personal photos) when i go onto a hashtag i might see 9top post ONLY from my company but from my business profile i see NONE on the same hashtag...
So there is NOTHING i can understand it feels like is everything broken..The algorithm or something else.It really doesnt make any sense.
And this is big problem for me cause after that started i cant 'grow up" my profile...i have 500users per 2weeks(or in 2 days(if post was really good)) and now i can barely have 200per month.And this is because people dont see my post on TOP posts so i dont have enough views..
Please can someone tell me what is going on?
I tried to contact with instagram 3-4 times but they have the WORST service platform i have ever see.I never saw a reply or something.This is unacceptable but they dont care...everyone use facebook-instagram so if you dont like it "f@ck off"(this is their quote i guess)
