Different Results on web and Mobile View?

why my site is in different position on desktop view and mobile view why exactly does it happen?

I think you mean the google position? If yes I think thats normal, cause some pages are better optimized for mobile and some not :)

I support this idea, anyway it has not happened to me that it appears in different positions simply by changing the device.
 
The same case with my websites, I think it's normal.
 
it's normal things that's you haven't to worried ... google showing more those page which is better content and optimizes in SEO.

no my competitors have nothing in the name of content still they are ranking higher than me :(:weep:

Make Page load speed is fast
Optimize the website for local searches if wish to improve Ranking in the mobile
Don't use popup
Don't use flash
Optimize the images
Go with predictive searches for mobile optimization
Don't go with long pages for mobile searches, keep the text content short
Check the W3C guidelines for mobile standards
Use meta.txt a special file to describe the content of your website

More points you have to research...
