Different proxy same location

i have an problem with my second profile, my proxy location is on EUREKA CA, when i go to logged in it says washington dc !?

The location detection is no exact science. Geolocation databases are not always up to date, since IP networks may move from one to another provider during their lifetime.

Some IP networks with proxy servers may also get blacklisted and get deleted by the original proxy provider, so they will be available for other providers.

in need it for facebook primary location

i am using adspower, i configured every proxy with each one account why they are mixed up ?
 
Yeah Facebook might be using a different geolocation to adspower, maybe split test with a different provider to see if it fixes it
 
If the States are close to each other, that's normal. According to some IP check websites, State to State accuracy is around 55% to 80% so make of that what you will. In the first place, geolocation isn't down to street level so not surprising.
 
All of the geolocation IP databases have a "different way", theyre almost always inconsistent, they will only update locations once a month if that. Also, like the others said, if you try to blast accounts from the same IP, you ll get banned, no service tells you what location service they are using. Set your browser profiles correctly, etc, etc, etc.
Also, people dont keep their computers in the same spot (ie laptops) and use them in coffeeshops, home, work, etc....
