i think it depends from where are you from and qualitiy of traffic but not sure
 
guys that send lots of volume and better quality traffic get higher payouts
 
Maybe it's a simillar offer from different advertiser but I doubt it .

You can ask your AM John for pay bumps once you send good volume and the traffic quality is ok .
 
I guess it depends how greedy your affiliate manager is haha.
 
Really weird. Might be something broken too or maybe a pay price changed and didnt get updated? those are some fairly big differences :(
write your AM. Just dont tell him the other peoples ids! wouldnt want to throw them under the bus for letting you know about their rates. ive heard the AM at grip can get pissed off and thats not something you wanna do or get banned over so just bring it up nicely and im sure itll be cool. maybe youll get a reward if it turns out to be something broken in their system!
