If you're just starting out, don't be too concerned on how many PBN sites you should have. Focus instead on building really awesome sites to use as your PBN.

As others have said, the thematic relevance of the content on the domain is more important than the domain name itself for the purposes of PBN.

You could get a related niche but make content your niche specific.
