Different IP hosting with buffer sites

Ok guys I'm really confused and be happy if someone can explain me something:
I red that different C-Class don't working anymore and you need to set each one of your buffers (high pr website) in different hosting.
this is true?
if yes so lets say I got 3 sites in different niches Niche A ,Niche B , Niche C .
and I got 9 buffers (2-3 high pr domains - 3 each niche )

It's ok to buy 3 hosting and put together the 3 different buffers example :
hosting 1 :
Buffer1 pointing to Niche A
Buffer2 pointing to Niche B
Buffer3 pointing to Niche C

this is ok I know , but my question is if I can do this :
hosting 2 :
buffer4 pointing to niche A
buffer5 pointing to niche B
buffer6 pointing to niche C

and again for hosting 3 with 7,8,9.
sites niche A , B ,C on the same hosting ,my questions is if it is to risky to do that? because google can understand It is not a coincidence that all these 3 niches got 3 IP ( every buffer hosting) that pointing them together , what can I do ?

Let me make this easier for you. Don't put more than 2 of your PR sites on the same hosting. There are plenty of free and cheap hosting packages out there. Then you can link however you want.

Exactly what Laubster said. Just keep all of your sites separated, then you can just link them together with some limitations. It is important to have the websites on different hosts, but it should not be a huge challenge.

You can try SEO hosting companies that provide different IPs for every website.

some people say just to pick hosting with different C-class , some people say to buy different hosting,it is going to be so much expensive to buy 4-5 hosting plan just for 9-10 buffers .

You are really overthinking it bro.

And yes you could use "different" companies every few sites, however if you're going to build a big network 200+ sites, then you'll find this is a real pain in the ass.

wow dude you are so right I'm really overthinking on it maybe this is because I red to much about it and I found out this :

it made me paranoid lol , so I guess I just go with different C-class and wish for the best , it is ok to use shared IP's they told me they use 5-6 people per shared IP's that sound really good , isn't it?
