I know that to register Tumblrs I need to use different ip. But when I post on it, do I need different ip, or is it enough to clear the browser cache?

How many accounts are you talking about? 5 or 500?

Opera has built in VPN, if you're running say 5, this might be all you need.

usually 1 ip is good for a couple of accs
anymore and u will need proxies

Regarding footprints, Does Google track the IP address the Tumblr account was created from?

google keeps track of everything.

Then it makes no sense create like 5 accounts on the same IP as someone mentioned earlier.
