Hello

I plan on starting to rank for multiple keywords (regular and long tail) in my niche but I am wondering about something. For example: my site is called pureblankets.com

I then did keyword research. Then I bought more domains for many various keywords (normal and long tail) in my niche since it is easier to rank if the keywords are actually in the domain name. Examples: puresoftblankets.com puresoftblanketsnow.com pureheavyblankets.com

I want to rank all these domains for all the keywords that I mentioned above (1. pure blankets 2. pure soft blankets 3. pure soft blankets now 4. pure heavy blankets) but I want them all to simply be re-directed to my main site which of course is pureblankets.com

Will this be a problem with G? Any information provided will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

hmm maybe you right...

Dude, fuck off back to DP!

I would be really interested in this too, From the things i learnt about buying exact match domains its kinda messed me up a little because i can never concerntrate on one domain long enough to make it an authority site.

The minute i start to move onto a new category in my niche i instantly want to look to see if i can buy an exact match domain to match it, but later on down the line i feel as tho these sites are not very strong by them selves and kinda wish i had stuck to one domain in the first place.

Heard that domain redirection also hurts your rankings. I personaly think that buying a domain with your keyword in it and ranking that domain/subdomain over many other variations of your keyword will do you better off in the long run and to top that you should start feeling the authorityness! :D
