Business Manager accounts get banned easier, while personal ad accounts survive longer. Additionally, BM offers more options. I have great results with both of them.

BM holds all the assets of your Business, like Page, Pixel, Ad accounts.
Ad account is just to run Ads, You get 1 Ad account by default with your fb profile.
If I bought a facebook's ad account with spending history I would have much opportunities that Facebook don't ban me than if I bought a normal profile Facebook ?
Could Facebook ban BM?

Once your profile is disabled for advertising, you can't use it to run campaigns using other's ads or BM accounts.

Once your account is disabled you just need to buy a new ad account and repost your product ads. But if it gets restricted by multiple accounts quickly then consider changing your ad as it may have been flagged by facebook leading to the account being restricted with the ad posted.

One ad account can only belong to one business manager at a time. You can add an ad account to your business manager if you own it or request access to t if someone else owns it. On the other hand, a business manager can have multiple ad accounts and pages under it.
Is convenient to buy Business manager or add account? If I don't want to be ban immediately

a business's ad account gets stronger when it's verified. The difference here is that Bm will have a family of accounts and fan pages. you can manage easily. use a BM with a verified and spending history to see the power

It's not the fault of a BM account or a personal account, but you need to buy or rent a strong, good quality ad account.

BM will own the Page, Pixel, Ads account. As for an ad account just to run ads, 1 FB profile will default to 1 ad account

A personal ad account is better and harder to get banned

personal account will be stronger than BM. but BM can hold more acc and FP. Each has strengths and weaknesses that offset each other
