Hello Friends,

What is difference between White Hat and Black Hat SEO? Need experts explaination.

It boils down to the level of seo you're doing.

It's said this saying is based on the old cowboy western movies, where the baddies wore black hats, the goodies wore white ones.

Black Hat used to include hidden content, keyword stuffing, doorway pages, cloaking, spam linking ( Xrumor, Senuke etc )

White Hat methods are quality content, backlinking, even basics such as organic ranking through effective use of keywords.

Grey hat is a mid point between both camps.

To explain it simply White Hat SEO follows the rules that Google has established. And keeps establishing with the improvement of the Search engine. This is the slower method of website optimization but is a lot safer.

Black Hat tries to exploit bugs and faults in Google's algorithm. This is a fast method of optimization but has its risks. It has been proven that in time Google catches up to these bugs and glitches eventually and penalizes the websites that have them.

The Difference between black hat SEO and white hat SEO to do with the technique used when trying to improve a website search engine ranking.Black hat SEO Focuses on only search engines and not so much a human audience.White hat SEO refers to the use of techniques and strategies that target human audience opposed to a search engine.

there is some hyprocrisy from google
most proactive forms of link building are technically a black hat technique

According to me, there is no such thing white hat SEO.

The way I see it is any onsite work is considered white hat SEO (unless you are over-optimizing your site). So basically creating great and engaging content people would want to naturally link to and then all the technical onsite stuff (page speed, interlinking, etc..) is the only thing Google really considers to be SEO. Any kind of of unnatural link building would be considered black hat SEO.

Since big daddy Google controls the game, anything going against their agenda could be deemed as black hat

Blackhat is when you use techniques forbidden by google for faster ranking - they come with a risk of penalty. It's usually going up for few weeks and then going rock bottom

White Hat---carefully follow Google, and Google experts, and content is the top priority or consideration.

Black Hat---carefully bypass Google, and its gurus, and backlinks are the top priority or consideration.
