If you continuously making good backlinks for your website then all these metrics show good results
Your DR UR DA PA TF and CF will gone high
For now.. Focus on 2 thing Article+Backlinks

NO, you dont have to spin your content for social network. And why you need post all your content, just write some attractive paragraph/line and post it with your link
