So example, I follow one of the guide here like this

I will put my website name/keyword and linking it directly to my site, that would be Tier 1?
Or Like this?
Tier 1 = Guest Post to other site backlinking to my site
Tier 2 = Backlinking to the guest post that is linking to my site?

Tier 1 links are backlinks directly pointing to your website.
Tier 2 links are backlinks that point to tier 1 backlinks.
Tier 2 links are backlinks that point to tier 1 backlinks.

They are called link pyramids , hence tier 1 are the links that made directly to your site , tier 2 are the links redirecting to your tier 1 backlinks .
in short tier 2 means making backlinks on the same backlinks we created earlier to boost them !

The difference rely on where are they linking. T1 links directly to moneysite, T2 links to T1 links and so... Also, you want your T1 to be the best links you can use, but T2 doesn't need to be as good (quality speaking) backlinks. Of course, the better the links the more linkjuice you recieve, but it could be expensive.

From T2, we already talk about hundreds of links (if not even more). The idea is to get the best and the safest links for T1, and from here, to redistribute the juice to your money site (the best of the best, if I can say that).

Tier 1 = Backlinks from other domains to your domain.
Tier 2 = Backlinks of your domain from your domain contents.
Tier 2 = Backlinks of your domain from your domain contents.
PR is used still but only by Google, the only exception is people selling dogshit links such as PR9 links and Angela and Paul's backlink
This is so wrong on every level as it is inaccurate, and you call yourself an SEO?
