When I google to find niche blog I have a lot of PR 3+ (domain) but the page is PR0 or n/a . Is my backlink a PR3+ or PR0 ? Thanks for explaining the difference.

When people say "you should backlink on website X because it has a PR of 5", they are usually referring to it's home page's PR.
