Difference between Gmail PVA and YouTube PVA?

Hello guys,

I did a little research and found out that there is a different price for Gmail PVAs and YT PVAs. You can easily switch from the first to the latter. You just need to put in a channel name. Or am I wrong? Why is there the price difference then?

Besides the created channel, you need to sms/call verify and rise the upload limit to get a yt pva, so a youtube pva is verified twice, once at the account creation and once on the channel.

Down you will find a link to increase the 15 min. upload limit. If there is no mention about the video length limit on the upload page, your account is already fully verified.

How can you come up with such an answer if lsmstd has already explained the difference?
