Difference between follow links and blogs. please help

Hi. I am in little confusion . One of my client has asked for 100 dofollo links and I gave him 100 do follo links but the blogs that used to comment have nofollow tag in source. I am saying that client did not mentioned do follow blog in his requirements. And the backlinks which I gave him properly open up the linked website. He never mentioned anything like do follow blog. but all links are working so So who is correct?

my understanding
dofollo link- a links that follows a website after clicking on it
dofollo blog- a blog that follows a website after clicking links.

could anyone please give proper clarification. are these two things same or there is difference like i mentioned.

I'm not really sure if I understand what you're saying but a do-follow link is a link that does NOT have the no-follow tag. Maybe if you post examples of links then we can explain to you what they are clearer.

correct, do-follow is the term given to links that don't have the rel=nofollow tag. No follow was created by google to keep comment spam from passing pagerank.

A link is a link though and you should have specified the difference. So in this situation you should provide 100 do follow links, irregardless of whether it's a blog or not. Now if he asked for 100 do follow & blogs, then you're right on that.

To the OP, I suggest you learn a little more about the service you are trying to offer and the correct terminology before you start selling your "services".

I think your client is right to be annoyed at you as it seems you have agreed to do something for them that you don't really understand.

To the OP. It doesn't matter what type of website you're posting the links on, if it's been set for nofollow then you can't post a do follow link on it. The nofollow can be set in a meta tag, or a script can add it to the link when you post it. Either way the links you posted are nofollow.

If the client specified 100 do follow links, then you have to find 100 places that don't have nofollow set that you can post a link on. If you can't do that then you aren't delivering what he requested.

edit - I just re-read the first post and realized that the OP was thinking nofollow was something to do with whether a blog made the link clickable or not.

OP, you need to do some searches on google for the term "nofollow" and do some more reading before you try selling any more services like that.
